Thorough review of student's learning profile and present level of performance (current IEP, progress reports, grades, teacher feedback, neuropsychological, educational evaluations, work product, etc.)​

Interviews with student, parents and professional experts

Identify Unmet Learning Needs & Skill Gaps

After a thorough case review of performance data, experiences and learning struggles, the student's specific skills gaps and individual learning needs will be identified

Special Education Advocacy

Advocate for the unique learning, social/emotional needs and school placement of student

Collaborate effectively with school-based IEP (Individual Education Plan) team during eligibility determination, annual review and three year re-eligibility meetings. ​​

Development of IEP goals, objectives and accommodations that target the individual needs of each student
Progress Monitoring

Communication with parent and student on academic progress throughout the school year

Collaborate with school-based team on student progress and needs and any adjustments to learning plan
