Collaborative & Comprehensive Approach to Educational Advocacy for Children with Learning Differences 

Thorough Case Review

  • Thorough review of student's learning profile and present level of performance (current IEP, progress reports, grades, teacher feedback, neuropsychological, educational evaluations, work product, etc.)​

  • Interviews with student, parents and professional experts

Identify Unmet Learning Needs & Skill Gaps

  • After a thorough case review of performance data, experiences and learning struggles, the student's specific skills gaps and individual learning needs will be identified

Special Education Advocacy

  • Advocate for the unique learning, social/emotional needs and school placement of student

  • Collaborate effectively with school-based IEP (Individual Education Plan) team during eligibility determination, annual review and three year re-eligibility meetings. ​​

  • Development of IEP goals, objectives and accommodations that target the individual needs of each student

Progress Monitoring

  • Communication with parent and student on academic progress throughout the school year

  • Collaborate with school-based team on student progress and needs and any adjustments to learning plan
